Supporter Care team availability over the festive period

As we head into the festive season, we wanted to let you know when our Supporter Care team will be available to help:

  • 22nd – 23rd December: 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • 24th December: 9:30am – 12:30pm
  • 25th – 29th December: Closed
  • 30th – 31st December: 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • 1st – 4th January: Closed

We will reopen as usual from the 5th of January, with our normal hours of 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We wish you a very happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
